Impending storms are indicated by the rising of the water in the Weather Glass spout from 4 to 12 hours in advance. Falling water in the spout indicates high pressure and fair skies. Blue food coloring can be added to the water to give it a more attractive look. Itís a great conversation piece and a must for the true weatherman of the house.
